Returns
We stress that Zen Zin garments are one offs that are going to contain small imperfections because they are hand made, this is part of the character and imperfections cannot be used as a reason for return.
Each garment is carefully handled and packed and will be sent in good condition and garment damage cannot be used as a condition for return. We highly recommend that customers used trackable and insured postage.
Fit is not a reason for return given that all garments are one size and well described throughout the website as such, and that if there is any question about size customers are asked to contact us to discuss your requirements.
Should there be a valid reason for return contact us immediately.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
